i-Mobility Relocation was founded in 2009 right at the time when the economic crisis affected Europe as well. This proved to be excellent timing for a newcomer on the relatively saturated Dutch relocation market, as employers were re-thinking their outsourcing budgets and were curious what we had to offer. In February of 2009 the first clients started using our services and we have grown steadily ever since into the company we are now: a modest size and boutique style privately owned Dutch Destination Service Provider (DSP) that values short communication lines and commitment to personal service delivery. We welcome the business of Global Relocation Management Companies, yet today our preference still lies in the direct service delivery to employers in The Netherlands and building fruitful and long lasting relationships.
We recognize that relocation is a life-changing event. We put the employee needs first to make their relocation simple and painless, and transform what could be a stressful time into a positive and unifying experience for every family member. We help transferees navigate every stage of the relocation and each move is treated with great care and receives our full attention.

As a Destination Service Provider we benefit greatly from the ARPN, EuRA & ERC Memberships. The training modules offered by these branch organisations are extremely useful for the development of our staff and we make sure to always be represented at the yearly conferences. Being part of the network of Destination Service Providers throughout the world and building strong relationships with them enables us to assist our clients in the Netherlands with their outbound transfers as well.
We are aware that our company is fortunately located in a safe and prosperous part of the world. Therefore, part of our revenue is donated to Médecins Sans Frontières so that the less fortunate can benefit from our combined efforts as well. www.msf.org

Meet the Team
Cristian van Breemen | Managing Director
Cristian has a background in marketing. She has lived and worked in Moscow, Russia and Zürich, Switzerland. Besides having been expatriated with her family, Cristian worked in relocation for several years before starting her own company. Her specific interest and attention is in the field of Reverse Culture Shock, which to this day still is an underestimated issue. Research shows that 1 out of every 4 employees leave the company within the first 12 months after reintegration; a turnover of 25%! Why is that, and what can be done about it?
Pauline has been working in the relocation industry since 1993, and was director/co-owner of one of the at the time largest privately held Relocation Companies in the Netherlands. She has been expatriated with her family to Taiwan. Since her return to the Netherlands in 2011, she has been active specifically in the field of outbound relocations: how to manage and make them successful. Pauline is also a certified cultural trainer of Interchange Institute Boston, ‘Crossing Cultures with Competence’. We are very happy that she joined the i-Mobility team in 2015 to help grow our business.
Saskia van Donkelaar | Senior International Mobility Coordinator
As a child of expat parents, Saskia has lived in Spain, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Nigeria, Tunisia and Scotland before entering boarding school in Leeuwarden. She studied Leisure Management in Leeuwarden and was an intern at the University of Columbia Missouri USA. She has worked in the Relocation industry for 13 years and brings not only a solid basis of experience to our team, but also a keen sense of professionalism and quality. She prepared our company for the auditors to award us the EuRA Global Quality Seal in 2015 and get re-certified in 2017!
Daniëlle de Groot | International Mobility Coordinator
With a background in operations and event management, Daniëlle has worked in an international environment for over 20 years. After having lived and worked in Switzerland for 4.5 years, she moved back to the Netherlands with her family in 2006 and has been active in the expat world ever since. With her empathetic, service-minded and results-driven approach, she ensures expats and their families will have a smooth landing and feel welcome in the Netherlands.
Paola Hoek | Consultant
When it comes to relocating, Paola has been there! Her 21-year-long ‘life on the move’ brought her to different continents, from South East Asia to Africa and from the Middle East to the Nordic countries. Every day, this experience proves to be a solid base for her current role as Consultant for i-Mobility. She is enthusiastic, service minded and flexible and always aims to offer each arriving expat and his/her family a positive relocation experience to the Netherlands.
Sandra Wienk | Consultant
Sandra has a degree in international marketing and has held various recruitment and HR positions. She has lived in the UK and Switzerland and has a passion for foreign cultures. She’s fascinated by people: what drives us, how do cultural differences impact us, and—more importantly—what connects all of us. In her spare time, Sandra studies psychology and shiatsu. Being a people person with a service-minded approach, she is a wonderful addition to the i-Mobility team.
Eline Cointepas | Consultant
Eline comes from an International Hotel Management background and is married to a Frenchman. She has lived and worked in Switzerland, New Zealand, France and Saudi Arabia.Eventually, when returning to the Netherlands with her family, she started working in the Relocation Industry per 2001. Eline is quick in understanding needs that have not been expressed yet and acts accordingly. Her ability to speak French, English & German fluently is a great asset and makes the difference.
Letty Stork | Consultant
Letty started her working career as au pair in the UK and joined Martin Air as ground stewardess upon her return to the Netherlands. She has been active in the relocation industry for over 2 decades. No case is difficult or impossible for Letty; she will simply draw from her vast experience as relocation consultant and will smoothly navigate the relocation process in the right direction. She is friendly, balanced and a great asset to our team.
Jacqueline Morel | Consultant
Jacqueline, a speech therapist by profession, has lived and worked in France for 2 years. In 1999, she moved to Italy with her family to start their lives there. They enjoyed the Italian life for a number of years, during which Jacqueline worked at the European school in Varese, Italy and studied the Italian language. When the family returned to the Netherlands in 2006, Jacqueline immediately started to look for work in the international corner and found the relocation business. With her hands-on and friendly mentality, she is a great asset to i-Mobility Relocation!
Rachel Viersma | Consultant
As a child of expats, Rachel has spent the first 12 years of her life abroad in Qatar, Malaysia and Brunei. She went to boarding school in the Netherlands while her parents were abroad and subsequently gained her master’s degree in engineering geology in Delft. She worked offshore in West Africa and on the North Sea. In 2008, she relocated with her family to Azerbaijan and India before moving back to the Netherlands in 2014. Her own experiences as an expatriate, enthusiasm and strong commitment make Rachel a valuable addition to the i-Mobility team.
